Shasta Summer Cruise 2012 - Shasta Lake, CA

June 26 - July 3 ~ 9:00am leave, 1:00pm return

SHASTA is truly the most unique summer retreat that you will EVER encounter! We drive down to California and spend 5 nights in HOUSEBOATS on the warm waters of Shasta Lake. Each day will be filled with team competitions, swimming, tubing, wakeboarding, and barbequing! Most importantly though, we will focus our attention on the Person of Jesus Christ and His saving grace. Each night we will gather on our private beach for meaningful worship under the stars and a message from our ASM youth pastor, Chris Taylor. This is a trip that you cannot miss!

Cost: $475

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration. Final payment is due Sunday, June 19th. Registration forms and checks made payable to ACC may be mailed to: ACC, attn. ASM, 3403 Alderwood Mall Blvd, Lynnwood, WA 98036 or dropped off at the Manor info booth. Payments may also be made online through www.asmstudents.com.

Discount: For every friend that you bring who does not normally attend ASM,

$20 will be taken off your total cost. Or if you so choose, the $20 can

be given to your friend to lower their final cost.

Camperships: Applications for financial assistance are available at the info booth in the Manor and online at the ASM website. Applications must be received by June 13th. CLICK HERE FOR Campership Form.

What To Bring: Summer clothes for seven days, a few warmer clothes for cool evenings, modest swimsuit (for girls: one pieces or tankinis ONLY), towel, sleeping bag & pillow, toiletries (biodegradable soap & shampoo), flashlight, Bible & pen, snack food, $$$ for four fast food meals, water bottle.

Departure: Registration is at 9:00am. Please check asmstudents.com to verify departure time the day before we leave.

Return: We return from Shasta at approximately 1:00pm on July 3rd. Check www.alderwoodchurchfamily.org for updates on arrival time.

Parents: Qualified drivers get us there aboard our buses. Parents are involved in the planning, boat driving, food preparation and overall safety. We will also have a registered nurse aboard as a precaution. There are two leaders on every houseboat to help ensure the safest, most compassionate environment possible.
